Service Description

This gives you an opportunity to try out our classes before making any final decisions. Get one on one feedback from the instructor to help you make a better decision with your weapons choosing. Helps you from being overwhelmed before stepping into a new class. If there are more then 1 person doing the assessment, you will be able to pay remainder balance at assessment.

Cancellation Policy

ANY party cancellation within a week of said party will result in forfeit in deposit. Family emergencies( such as hospital etc) are an exception. **Nerf & Archery Policy** NON REFUNDABLE* w/ the exception of a family of emergency( hospital) If that were the case we would reschedule your booked session for another event ( 2 times Max). Forgetting or deciding not attend for ANY reason does not qualify for refund. this is a spot that could have been for another person. ***Assessment Policy***: NON REFUNDABLE. Rescheduling at no additional charge for a new assessment is possible if given a proper 1 hour notice. may only be rescheduled 2 times before offer is void. If you do not give a 1 hour notice that you cannot make it you will need to schedule an additional assessment resulting in additional cost. This policy has been put in place to hold appointment holders accountable as they are taking the time of the instructor away from another
