Covid Policy

We do 

NOT
require masks in our facility.
 

Wearing masks while doing cardio activities is deemed unsafe​ as you cannot breathe properly
Exercises before training has now continued as it did before the shutdown. 
 

We are leaving it at the parent/ participants discretion if they wish to continue to wear masks with zero judgement as we hope everyone else does for others

We will  NEVER ask for your "medical status".

​

Only medical issues we will need to know are things we will need to know that would hinder you from doing the activities like current or old injuries,

disabilities ( that are relevant), asthma, etc

 

 

we will not stop anyone that desires to continue wearing a mask. We will also back up any parent that wishes to have THEIR OWN child to have them continue wearing one while they participate in the activities, but they do not have a say over any other child.
